I helped take the 55' Tayana "Leau Life" from NZ to Fiji. It took 8 days to do the passage. The first few days were quite uncomfortable but the ride improved once we passed 30 S. We had a few breakages but were able to repair them underway. The diving in the Mamanuka group was great. All kinds of colorful soft coral we don't get in Hawaii.
